    Description:

     

    1)Ensuring production of quality products at efficient rate.

    2)Managing man, machine & materials for optimal output.

    3)Ensuring continuous support and maintenance of
    manufacturing operations (Equipment, Systems and
    Procedures) in compliance with GMP, quality, safety and
    environmental regulations.

    1) Manage the setting up of the new Plant’s QC &  Microbiology lab along with & system

    development, implementation.

    2) Manage the development, Review and Approval/troubleshooting of protocols and reports

    such as method validation, method transfer, process validation, stability etc.

    3) Manage, plan and direct the work activities of QC & Micro labs to ensure lab testing provide

    the highest quality analytical support for manufacturing in a timely and compliant manner

    while ensuring compliance with protocols, cGLP and safety regulations.

    4) Provide leadership, management, evaluation and training to all laboratory employees

    5) Execute and approve all laboratory working along with Review and investigation of all

    laboratory data outside of trend

    6) Ensure all vendors have been qualified and adhere to vendor qualification standards with the

    aim of optimal utilization of the reduced testing procedure

    7) Establish and implement a KPI structure to ensure optimal test/cost ratio
